You already know what bullying looks like. The problem is getting leadership to care.

This course is not about awareness. It is about action: giving you the language, the strategy, and the leverage to make inaction indefensible.

THE METHOD

How It Works

01

Force The Room

You know what bullying looks like. The hard part is getting boards and executives to care. Learn to build enough leverage that they have no choice but to hear you.

02

Build The Case

Documentation alone doesn't move leadership. Frame the business risk, quantify the liability, and construct the legal and financial case that makes inaction indefensible.

03

Move On It

Knowing isn't enough. Walk away with escalation pathways, conversation frameworks, and the confidence to act even when leadership pushes back.

ABOUT THE CREATOR

Hi, I'm Kimberly Williams

I'm a former diplomat, workplace justice advocate, and someone who has lived the consequences of reporting misconduct inside an institution that chose retaliation over accountability. That experience became the foundation for everything I build now.

The Fair Path Project exists to reinvent HR into the accountability infrastructure organizations were always supposed to have. I built this course for the HR professionals who are tired of being put in impossible positions and ready to lead with courage.
