The Leverage Lab: HR Secrets & Legal Strategies to End Workplace Abuse

Save the Date: August 28, 2026 | Washington, DC

The Fair Path Project is bringing its flagship event back to Washington, DC for a full-day experience designed to move professionals from awareness to action. The National Leverage Lab 2026 brings together the perspectives that are rarely in the same room: HR, legal, advocacy, and lived experience.

This year, the event features three dedicated afternoon tracks tailored to the audiences that need this work most. The HR Professional Track focuses on documentation, risk management, and how to lead with integrity when power dynamics make it dangerous to act. The Workplace Abuse Target Track equips individuals with practical strategies for protecting themselves, building their case, and navigating recovery. The Employment Attorney Track addresses litigation readiness, emerging case law, and collaboration between legal counsel and workplace advocates.

The inaugural Leverage Lab brought together voices from Whistleblowers of America, Officium LLC, Workplace Fairness, and The Fair Path Project, and attendees left with a clearer understanding of their rights, their options, and the support available to them. The National Leverage Lab 2026 builds on that foundation with deeper content, more voices, and a structure designed to deliver results for every seat in the room.
