The Leverage Lab: HR Secrets & Legal Strategies to End Workplace Abuse
The Fair Path Project recently concluded its inaugural Leverage Lab: HR Secrets and Legal Strategies to End Workplace Abuse—a meaningful first milestone for this work and community.

Designed for employees, HR professionals, and advocates alike, the Leverage Lab created a space where participants could learn how workplace abuse is addressed in practice and not just in theory. The event focused on helping people understand their options, identify early warning signs, and navigate real pathways to accountability, protection, and recovery.

The panel brought together perspectives that are rarely in the same room, including HR, legal, advocacy, and lived experience. Speakers from Whistleblowers of America, Officium, LLC, Workplace Fairness, and the Fair Path Project shared practical insights that helped attendees better understand how systems work, where they break down, and how individuals can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Beyond information sharing, the event reinforced a broader goal of the Fair Path Project: to replace silence with knowledge and isolation with community. Attendees left with a clearer understanding of their rights, their options, and the support available to them.
The Fair Path Project extends sincere thanks to its sponsors—End Workplace Abuse, Compliance Counsel, Andy Regal, Rippling, School of Rock Arlington, HQ DC House, and Gene Holloway, Ph.D., PMP—for supporting this work and standing publicly for dignity and psychological safety at work.
Additional events and announcements will be shared soon.
