The Leverage Lab
A National Convening

One day in Washington for the people fighting workplace abuse from every side. The employees living it, the HR professionals navigating it from the inside, and the attorneys taking it to the wall. You will leave with a plan, not just permission to be angry.

Keynotes from Gretchen Carlson and Julie Roginsky, co-founders of Lift Our Voices.

Tickets from $49 virtual and $95 in person, priced by role so the people with the least leverage pay the least. In-person seating is limited and the rooms are built to stay intimate.

What to expect

The National Leverage Lab brings together employees, HR professionals, and employment attorneys for a full day of keynotes, breakout sessions, and real community, all organized around one question: what does it actually take to hold abusive workplaces accountable?

The day opens in Washington, DC with a grounding look at the workplace accountability landscape: the systemic patterns driving harm, the emerging solutions taking shape across industries and jurisdictions, and the practical frameworks attendees will carry into the afternoon. Keynote addresses follow, setting the tone for a day built around tangible paths forward. The afternoon divides into three tracks designed around where you are right now. Employees building and documenting their cases. HR professionals navigating executive pressure from the inside. Attorneys exploring every available path to accountability.
