What to expect
The National Leverage Lab brings together employees, HR professionals, and employment attorneys for a full day of keynotes, breakout sessions, and real community, all organized around one question: what does it actually take to hold abusive workplaces accountable?
The day opens with a grounding look at the workplace accountability landscape: the systemic patterns driving harm, the emerging solutions taking shape across industries and jurisdictions, and the practical frameworks attendees will carry into the afternoon. Keynote addresses follow, setting the tone for a day built around tangible paths forward. The afternoon is divided into three tracks designed around where you are right now. Bullying targets building and documenting their cases. HR professionals navigating executive pressure from the inside. Attorneys exploring every available path to accountability.
