Lindiwe Davis

Advisor for Culture, Narrative, and Storytelling

Lindiwe Davis is a multi-talented, multi-passionate founder, business creative, speaker, and strategist whose work sits at the intersection of culture, leadership, and storytelling. In her professional role within the tech sector, she leads strategy and curates programs and events designed to educate, surface insight, and build collective awareness. Known as The Couch Coach, Lindiwe is frequently called upon to consult in rigorous, high-stakes situations that require clarity, repair, and re-establishment—bringing calm, perspective, and forward momentum when it matters most. She also mentors and coaches executives and professionals, with a particular commitment to supporting women as they navigate power, visibility, and leadership.

A gifted storyteller and space-holder, Lindiwe co-created, executive produced, and co-hosted the podcast A Stranger Down The Hall during the height of COVID, amplifying the lived experiences of New York roommates at a moment of global disruption. As a speaker and media host, she is known for capturing the quiet, often unseen dimensions of a guest’s story—creating environments where truth, reflection, and connection can emerge. Her work has been featured at NYU, Columbia University, Google Talks, Bloomberg Radio, SAG-AFTRA, The Female Quotient, Women Tech Makers, Black Girls Code, and the WIN Summit, among others, and she has interviewed a wide range of artists, creatives, and leaders. Through her brand, FutureState Collective, and her upcoming podcast They Tried It, Lindiwe continues to shape conversations that challenge norms, elevate underrepresented voices, and imagine what more just, human-centered futures can look like.
