Meet Our Founder

Kim Williams founded the Fair Path Project to confront the silent epidemic of workplace bullying and to help employees reclaim dignity at work. A veteran HR executive and survivor of workplace abuse, she witnessed first hand how workplace culture, gaslighting, and retaliation harm not only individuals but entire organizations. Determined to create change, Kim transformed her lived experience into a mission of accountability and healing. She equips employees with tools to document abuse, protect their rights, and recover their confidence, while guiding employers toward cultures rooted in psychological safety and integrity. Today, Kim is recognized nationally as a speaker, advocate, and thought leader dedicated to ending workplace abuse and building safer, more just workplaces for all.

Romie Morales Rosado, PhD

Romie is a scientist and national security expert who provides technical insight to the Fair Path Project, helping shape tools and systems that make it easier for employees to document workplace bullying, organize evidence, and protect their rights. She also supports fellowships for underserved communities.

Whistleblower Policy Advisor

Dr. Jackie Garrick

Jackie is an expert in suicide prevention, workplace retaliation, and whistleblower protections. She founded the Defense Suicide Prevention Office, created Wounded Warrior programs, and has testified before Congress. A former Congressional aide and award-winning author, she brings unmatched expertise in resilience, health care, and accountability.

Legislative Advisor

Andrew Cohen

Andrew brings extensive experience drafting and negotiating bipartisan legislation and is known for delivering policy results in politically sensitive, high-stakes environments. He advises on legislative strategy, and ensuring that workplace justice proposals are both grounded in real-world dynamics and politically viable.

Amy Giannotti, M.S., C.L.M.

Amy is a scientist, educator, and systems thinker who bridges governance and community wellbeing. Throughout her career, she has advanced resilience, restoration, and equity. Linda Espinosa Valencia

Linda Espinosa helps organizations build measurable systems that prevent workplace abuse and strengthen cultural and psychological safety. A member of the Standards Council of Canada, Linda contributes to advancing global HR standards and trains leaders to apply ISO 30415 principles for workforce resilience, risk reduction, and sustainable inclusion.

Dana Williams

Dana specializes in the “people side of change,” helping organizations address the root causes of dysfunction and rebuild trust after workplace abuse and cultural breakdowns.
